Spring Market Will be HOT!
The Spring Market has begun and it's only December 30, 2015! Single family homes that look like a magazine (re: Better Homes and Gardens) are going fast especially those under $250,000! That's the price point buyers are looking for right now.
Thinking of Listing? Be ready! It's a seller's market but you need to freshen up the paint, replace that worn carpeting/flooring, replace old and dated appliances/light fixtures, and make those repairs. Most importantly, CLEAN (like deep clean). Dirty houses do not show well. And then list with me and I'll bring my super stager along to make your house really shine in the pictures!
Planning to Buy? You need to be preapproved! You don't go to the grocery store without your wallet and you need to have your ducks in a row to buy a house. You will lose out on a great house if you are not preapproved (not necessarily the same as prequalified) because I guarantee another buyer will love the house too and they will be preapproved.
